- The product and services provided are digital only and I will not be held responsible for any data, file or code loss of the products/services provided after being purchased.

- You shall be entitled to full ownership to the assets or product/services upon full payment of the agreed fee but are not allowed to reproduce or redistribute it unless we come to mutual agreement. You are not allowed to claim the creation of product/services provided as your own.

- I have the right to refuse the order for any reason before the payment is made.

- All the features should be prior discussed before the payment is done. After the payment is done, you may not add more features, cancel or ask for refund.

3. PAYMENTS

- Full or partial payment must be made before the work is started.

- Payments can only be made via PayPal, exceptions can be made upon mutual agreement.

- Chargebacks are strictly not allowed. If held accountable for Chargebacks, a court case may be filed.

- You are required to cover the PayPal fees, which will be automatically calculated when the price is given.

- All transactions you send are confirmed & authorized by you, and any payments declared 'unauthorized' are false.

4. SUPPORT WARRANTY

All projects completed are provided a free 3-DAY WARRANTY, if you have any issues or bugs in the Product/Services, they can be fixed within 3-day of the project being delivered.

5. MODIFICATIONS

Shayam Sharma may revise these terms of service for its website and customers at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
